Well, the summer has arrived in full swing here. One thing I just don’t think I’ll ever get used to is hot summer weather with no air conditioning. This is the American in me, I guess. Then again, I was never really comfortable in ice-box houses and offices in the States, where you had to wear a sweater (jumper) in August to keep warm.
All that said, with soaring temperatures and sticky hot houses, I’m really feeling lighter, more summery dishes and will be trying some new recipes. Also, I have a lot of broccoli in the freezer so…
